The Initial Spark
Decades ago I was studying meditation with a robust community, where we had a strong focus on practicing presence.
A fellow practitioner who was also a Feng Shui consultant, showed me how our belongings can hold a charge, potently reminding us of past goals, or outdated intentions, pulling us out of the powerful present.
Since then, I have allowed the principles of decluttering, flow, focus, and intention to bring me joy in work, and comfort at home.
I continued my search for my teacher, one whom didn't unnecessarily complicate the powerful flow, ease, and joy I had come to associate with my own practice. Trusting my instinct paid off - I finally found a Feng Shui Master who works with the origins of Feng Shui; connecting with our environment to support deeply grounded thriving in a fantastically practical way. I am very proud to be from the lineage of The School of Intention.
The name comes from the Greek philosophical concept of Eudaimonia, where we pursue living a full life, not for some specific outcomes, but for richness, fulfillment, personal expansion; to pursue the many pleasures and benefits of living with interest.
Where we connect with ourselves and our lives as a route to flourishing, satisfaction, and fulfillment.
Practical ways to live a life full of intention, connection, and creativity.
Jessie coaxed from the recesses of my imagination a vision for my studio that I didn't know I had. What had once been nothing but a junk room became a beautiful artist's studio that is my sanctuary, my meditation room, the place where I spend much of my time painting, relaxing, and enjoying my quiet time. Thank you Jessie for your amazing gift of helping me realize what I am capable of.
Timeless principles. Practically applied.
